Thank you for your interest in attending “The Fireside Chat”! This year marks the 10th anniversary of the event. We are thrilled that you are interested in joining us for yet another outstanding weekend of golf and friendship planned at Bandon Dunes, August 8-10, 2009. If you have never been to Bandon Dunes, I encourage you visit: www.bandondunesgolf.com. All three courses at Bandon Golf Resort are rated in the top 25 Modern Courses by Golf Week Magazine.

We will play three rounds of golf, one on each of Bandon Dunes’ championship golf courses.

Your accommodations at Bandon are reserved for Saturday and Sunday nights. We have reserved tee times for you on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. For the practice round on Saturday, you need to arrive at Bandon Dunes no later than 11:30 am.

All charges for the event (Saturday through Monday) are included in this year's fee (excluding travel). The fee for this year’s event is: $7750

Events planned during the Fireside Chat are for participants only. If your spouse (or a guest) would like to attend with you, we will be happy to assist them with alternative golf reservations, sightseeing, etc., throughout the weekend.

Last years, the Foundation gave $84,000 Childrens’ Charities during a time of need. From the inception of The Chat, we have given $620,000 to charity through this golf tournament and private donations. This has been made possible through your generous donation and participation. We are grateful for your support.
